Out of Stock
In the most unlikely event that we are temporary out of stock on receiving your order we will email you within 24 hours informing you so and give you the option to cancel your order and to be fully refunded.

Where we deliver
We deliver most address in the world but some of our product's are only sold in EU. Please do look at the product description as usualy is stated where the product can be shipped.If the product does not say the specific countries than that would be sold to most of the countries selected in the shipping when checking out.

Freight Damage
All our parcels are sent via insured and track-able services, yet we reserve our rights to exclude and limit our liabilities for any goods that is damaged during transit. As a result of that the damaged product is non-refundable under the clause unless it can be proven that the good is damaged due to our negligence.

Return Policy
If you wish to return or exchange your purchased item you may do so within 7 days after receipt of the purchased item. All returned goods must remain IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION and are issued with a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA). Click here to contact us and select return department with your order number so we can send you the right (RMA) form.Please note that some product have the manufecture RMA and need to go though them As a result of that no returned goods will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All returned goods must be received by Choicestoroenline within 14 days of the RMA issued date and any returned good received over this period will be time-barred hence Choicestoreonline.com will not be able to progress this. The shipping cost of the returned goods and the successful delivery of the returned goods to Choicestoreonline is responsibility of the customer. Choicestoreonline will not accept any liability for returned goods that have gone lost or damaged during transit therefore Choicestoreonline always recommends all customers to return the goods via insured and track-able service with your courier. Please note that returned products must remain IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION and any discrepancies will result in a delay of the return process. In addition, all refund made will be subject to returns of the product. If any goods are sent to you in error please inform us within 48 hours otherwise error can not be rectified and please allow 7-14 working days for the return process to be completed. We will provide the shipping address where you send the product to manufecture depends on the product.

If a customer requests cancellation of an order after the order is in processing (i.e. goods checking and packing) in our warehouse, or after the goods have actually been dispatched or been delivered from the warehouse into the delivery logistics system, Choicestoreonline reserves the right to charge 15% a restocking fee, deducted from the resultant refund.

Liabilities of Lost Parcel
Confirmed lost parcel that arises during transit by a courier chosen by Choicestoreonline, it is Choicestoreonline responsibility and Choicestoreonline will arrange the item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Lost parcel that arises during transit by a courier selected by you, it is your responsibility to make claims against your chosen courier. Customers are responsible for any lost parcels being delivered to a shipping address different from billing address under your account. The customers will be liable to the cost of lost parcel, resulting from a wrong delivery address provided by customers.

All products bought from Choicestoreonline is 100% guaranteed free from defect. When customers receive the package, they are suggested to inspect the item(s) immediately. If customers suspect the items to be defective, please send us an email ASAP. We will investigate whether it is caused by any other third parties factors.

What is covered?

Exclusion

1. Consumable like batteries and films are not covered by warranty.

Wear and Tear.

3. Damage cause by impact, act of war or terrorism, fire, theft, attempted theft, accidental or malicious damage, vandalism, corrosion, water contamination or ingress, frost, flooding or other adverse weather conditions.

4. because you have not used, stored or handled the product properly; or because you are in breach of the terms in this warranty or the contract terms; or not followed instructions by the manual; or damage or defect due to willful neglect by anyone other than us.

5. to loss of quality, degradation of performance or actual damage that results from the use of spare parts or other replaceable items; such as consumables; that are either made nor recommended by manufacturer.

6. because you have connected or installed other fittings or accessories that are not recommended by manufacturer.

7. because of faults caused by shock of fall, dust, dirt, sand, damp or corroson, leaky batteries, or any repair by unauthorized personnel.

Shipping

After your order has been confirmed, please allow around 7-14 days delivery ; whereas it usualy take less than that. We are not liable to delay caused by customs or courier which is out of our control.

The Law
An order can be only made by an adult, aged over 15 and we will not be able to process any orders made by a minor, aged under 15. It is solely the responsibility of all purchasers to be informed of their legal rights in the individual state at the time of ordering a particular item and entering into a commercial contract with us.

Catalog/Website Errors
It is most unlikely that there is a mistake made on our listing. However, in the event of this error does occur we reserve our rights to amend the details, yet we will notify you of this change in writing immediately.

Import Duty/Tax

In particular, neither the Choicestoreonline.com nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission within the 'downloadable product', or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.

Downloadable product are not refundable due to use of the software license used bu the user, if for any reason the downloadable product errors are made by us than we will review your isue and refund you the money.
