Where We Deliver
We can deliver all appliances to any address in most countries in the world. Please choose the product and select the country you're in to check if we deliver to your country, the countries that are not listed we recommend that customers contact us to check. Customers are responsible for bearing the cost of extra courier charges and arrangements. Contact us if you would like us to check that for you.

Please Note: We deliver to most addresses in the world but some of our products are only sold in UK/EU. Please do look at the product description as usually it  is stated where the product can be shipped. If the product does not state the specific countries, then it could possibly be sold to most of the countries selected in the shipping when checking out. Again please contact us if you're unsure of anything.
 

Delivery Charges
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered and whether you choose downloadable or tangible.  The applicable standard delivery charge is shown on each product page and all charges will be visible before submitting your order . There are additional charges if you choose a premium delivery service. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.

Please note that delivery arrangements may differ.

We use the following couriers.
DHL,UPS,FEDEX,PARCEL FORCE,ROYAL MAIL,INTERLINK,TNT,LYNX,EMS,CITY LINK,DOWNLOAD. If these services are not suitable for you, than please do let us know and we will do our best to reroute to your preferred shipping company.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday from 8AM-5PM inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays)

Delivery Products
We aim to deliver your purchase within 7-14 working days but most of the products arrive much sooner.

Standard Postal and Courier Deliveries are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), usually from 8am to 5pm and we aim to get your purchase to you within 3-5 working days. For extended bank holiday periods like Christmas and Easter please allow 9-11 working days.

If we are sending your product by courier, our third e-mail to you will contain a link to the courier's website, along with a parcel number. This allows you to track your order right to your doorstep. Standard courier deliveries are usually made between 8am and 5pm. Special deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.

Supplier Home Delivery
Some products are delivered direct from the supplier, subject to availability. Some are made to order. Some can only be delivered to some countries addresses. You will be contacted by phone or email to confirm precise details. As a rule of thumb, please allow up to 7-14 calendar days for delivery, unless product page says otherwise.

Delayed Delivery
On selected products, we offer the option to order an item in advance. That means that we have run out of stock but we know that more is on its way to our distribution centre. On the site, we give you a date by which we expect to deliver your order to you.
7 and 14-Day Delivery

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control ( eg. problems obtaining authorisation for your payment ) and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Please allow extra time for deliveries to some countries.

We will notify you which delivery method we will use when we send you our e-mail. Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately.

Tracking Your Order
You can track the progress of your order by logging in and then going to ‘My Account’. We will inform you if there are likely to be any unexpected delays.

Installation
We offer a high quality, efficient and speedy installation service for many of our items and PCs. If installation is available, you will be offered  in each product page for you to select the option. If you have already have paid click here to follow some steps for us to install your application.

Downloadable products

All downloads from the Choicestoreonline.com websites are subject to the following terms provided that you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement, you are granted  to download those 'downloadable products' that are made available by us:

1.Only to a single or multiple computer licence which you can find under product description (or small network) for educational, research and business purposes once you have paid for the product. Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, you may not use, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, rent, lease, loan, sub-license, distribute or create derivative works based upon the 'downloadable product' in whole or part or transmit it over a network.

2. You shall not remove any copyright notices or other proprietary notices from the 'downloadable product'.

3. Except as expressly stated herein this Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by manufacture rights.

4. The Choicestoreonline.com shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the 'downloadable product', any information contained in it. In particular, neither the Choicestoreonline.com nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission within the 'downloadable product', or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.

5. All downloadable products are non-refundable due to the nature of the licence agreements.if for any reason the downloadable product errors are made by us than we will review your isue and refund you the money.
